About this Vendor

Outdoor space is suitable for a dinner party or private celebration!  Our venue can decorate it with your color scheme.   You will need to hire an outside vendor to make your event memorable.  Outside food and drinks are allowed (Moderate Alcohol).

Space:
The bungalow is 800ft² with a 6,000 ft² green area.
Outdoor events (Max. capacity 40-80 guests) The place is furnished for 40 people, and depending on event times and type you will need to pay additional fee of $300.00 for  security guard specially if  alcohol will be served for more than 40 guests.

IMPORTANT!

• VENUE MANAGER:
  A manager will open doors 10 minutes before your event for any questions and close doors at the end of your rental. Make sure to allocate time for setup (decor, etc) & breakdown after the event. We expect everyone to arrive and leave on time (no exceptions) because the place needs to be ready for the next event.
• PARKING: FREE 10-15 parking spaces outside.   An additional parking $100 per event

Kitchen to warm up food (microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink, oven)
2 restrooms with toilet paper, sink

Seating for 40 people:  4 tables of 4 chairs =16 people

One 6’ table for serving

10-15 free parking spaces outside the property

Additional Fee
4 fire pit tables & 3 heaters  (winter season additional fee $45.00 each)
Two 10’x20′ Tent = $100 each
Security Guard = $300.00 for each person
Valet Parking = $300.00 for each person

You are allowed to bring any furniture, table, and chairs to customize your event.
Outside vendors are allowed for food, decorations, Dj’s
Food carts are allowed
BBQ’s pits are allowed
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
